DE CERCA: DEMOCRACIA EN TRIANA

During my first years of stay in Sevilla, Triana specifically, each time returning to vote in San Fernando. Probably did not want to break the ties that bound me to my land, my family, my street, my home, my friends. So the day got Andalucía amaze everyone with his fight at the polls by a range of first, I was first to vote in San Fernando and then I ran back to be at eight o'clock in the afternoon at the Casino Exhibition for the recount. I was one of the hundreds of people who were there that night and my image was captured on camera for photographers covering the event, after appearing in a book on what was published: "Andalusia said yes."
Then I registered as a resident and in Sevilla when I realized that here was going to be the land he had chosen to live and since then, Triana always vote, because this neighborhood was also the one I chose, because he was near the sea , on the other side, which is reached from the river Guadalquivir. Always on the river, on this side, I've never lived in Seville and, therefore, to vote, I had to cross the bridge. This close, very close to my house, is the electoral college and here I am writing in each case, to renew the hopes and my faith in democracy. I know it is fashionable to be non-believer or skeptic, but in my case, it is impossible not to remember other times, some because I have lived and others because I have known through the testimony of individuals and the study of history. So I always tell my students not to stop thinking of the good fortune to have by being born in a democratic state of law, as dictatorships still exist and life without freedom is something that, once democracy has been known , is a slab terrible.
vote for me is to hope and believe the system we have because it is the accepted and they fought so many people. Triana will be tomorrow so wonderful that stage we will walk its streets after those who feel part of decide what will happen to our city.

How Do I Mount Medals On A Letter Jacket?

TRAS LAS RAÍCES DE TRIANA: CELINDAS PARA UNA VIEJA TAPIA

In the early nineties began the construction of apartments about the new Ronda de Triana, the road that sent us straight to the expo, ie way of the future. Destroyed factories, warehouses and workshops, the tram depot and humble self-houses, a magnificent land was free for private speculation, it was only built some public housing to rehouse the residents who had previously expropriated, while many young Triana were forced to leave the neighborhood to reside in the Aljarafe and Seville East.

Of those tejares occupy large spaces and gardens, there is only a yard between the street and Tejares Manuel Arellano, on the wall facing the street Uxama , suggestive name for a settlement Celtiberian Soria province, the mock orange try to hide the ugly and dirty stones, give a little life into a narrow street car converted into a bedroom. A little over three quarters of green space that could easily have turned into a long corridor covered with bushes messy, papers scattered bottles, but the gardener in the neighborhood, already quoted in another post, is committed to maintaining a clean floor and several shrubs lawn alive.

the mock orange leaves are opposite , meaning that each node get two, one against the other, have finely serrated edge and nerves very marked, are arranged in branches hung with age, who did not, and deep green enables them to capture the energy hidden in the sun.

When flowering, the petals white light filled the street, the bouquets are made up of little flowers, which exhibit numerous stamens , fine filaments and yellow anthers , among them is the pistil always awaiting the arrival of pollen.

In the old Triana may just look dirty walls, but when they destroyed the pens and the neighboring houses were flying through the air flamenco sounds, smells of stews that went a few doors to others the greetings of men and women who were every day, now some tiles mark to where the river grew and plaques remind us of many celebrities, if I close my eyes and imagine the past this is beyond me.

Punk Movie On Mediafire

EL DEDO DE RODRIGO: ANDANDO Y POR EL PUENTE

already happened to me once with ABC, was chronicled Santa Candle Ana several years ago, and the surprise was in the Title: " In Triana must enter and walk across the bridge" , and then added, "as the saying goes popular." Then I felt the divine touch in the front bay for reaching be "people." Yes, because with that invitation I began my guidebook "Triana three times, that first little work published in pages El Correo de Andalucía in 1988, and two years later in book form as I said (by the way: I had Emilio Jiménez Díaz). This was an issue sponsored by the city of Seville with a galimático prologue was the fee required by the then-district CEO, Mr. Fernandez Floranes, a political-baroque opera-face came to Triana Bécquer to "brainstorm."
I can promise and promise you never had read the above sentence, and I'm sure anyone in the role of a guide Scriptwriter Triana would have thought it is drawer. Another route of entry is false, and if you pass the suburbs to the speed of a car is as if we are left in the same Altozano a jump. And the other night, looking at blogs Triana, I saw the phrase with the same designation of origin, it was a saying of the people as the verses of Manuel Machado.
Well this morning I crossed the river led to the invisible force by guards of the Treasury, and, of course, I returned to walking and watching Triana. Whenever I do remember a summer night with the unforgettable Manolo Pacheco sitting at his home in Santa Cecilia, bar Diego. I took the guide book for him to take a look and give me your wise opinion. And we do not to move from the first page, is, or the first paragraph, even more, or the original line ..., and as in the circus: we are not the first word that we have seen, is to monosyllabic. In Triana "you have to go ...? or " A Triana ...?". must enter There we hooked and there was no Internet as we had to leave to consult the books. Can be childish and even evidence of our culture to the wild. But it happened. And how many times we laughed remembering.

Yes, I went walking and over the bridge and the next edition of the guide (who never will) have to add: "but can see anything that could damage your eyesight and sensitivity." The first thing that hurt me is the carelessness of the pillars to which you have grown a horrible beard, curly, unkempt, as a bridge retired. One day instead of worrying about the City by locks of lovers should look at him at the bridge foot. Then, the wound came from across the wall of the edge of Betis, that I dream of seeing paintings beautifully ornamented in a corcurso that neither organization will never, because that dream is now a nightmare in the form of chips, abandonment, as if we were talking about a dark corner and we are facing the front of the suburb. And the punch line: the clock El Faro, a long-term unemployed on the coast not Inem and for which we have so often claimed.
A historic site that does not care very sung his way emblematic of nineteenth-century iron, which scorns what best viewed from the other side and also miss the public clock that should greet visitors with a guitar are soleá Triana ... to a and it matters little where it's from.
And in these days of visits will be forced into a political and walk across the bridge?

BELMONTE Y LA ALIANZA DE CIVILIZACIONES

What's "Alliance of Civilizations" was invented as Belmonte invented his bullfighting, not politicians now come on duty, that of fighting without getting close ; dizzy the sheep are given as well, to sign the goal. The good thing after all to want to copy to the astonishment of Triana, a lot of talk but none has had the courage to wear the hijab, the turban and the Moorish lute so do not tell "with the music somewhere else" we're up to ...

Verbiage For Year End Evaluations

PARC sama. Costa Daurada. CATALONIA HOTEL OFFERS

I have already commented on this blog that is well Salou and Cambrils for summer eating, but not everything is gonna be beachfront and minutes from both populations, we find an interesting surprise call Parc Sama. I've gone a couple of times and all the people I recommend a visit becomes enchanted. Three euros and a half what is paid to enter and compensated, especially because you do not stop making pictures of beautiful things. This is a private park.

The author of the book was the same as that of Barcelona engargó Ciutadella Park and was a disciple of Gaudí. Parc Sama is a delight for the eyes and an oasis of greenery as well as botanical gardens and space for recreation and relaxation for the eyes.

I will not dwell and let the reader to visit the official web Parc Sama to be encouraged to visit the park. Certainly we are very close Aquatonic which I have spoken earlier. The park's website does little justice and prefer to be the traveler to discover the place, anticipating only that it is a tropical garden to please.

The area is one of the favorites of the couple for their wedding photos and something will be. There are very few places like that.

Asakusa - 浅 草

Asakusa is a must for anyone traveling to Japan (or at least in the Kanto area, where Tokyo is located).
In Asakusa is Senso-ji temple, one of the main tourist area and is visited annually by about 20 million people around the temple also has its charm, with small shops and alleyways that recall Old Japan, with small shops and traditional sweets items typical.

Senso-ji is Tokyo's oldest temple, was built about the year 645, but was destroyed in World War 2 and later rebuilt.

Legend brothers were fishing in the Sumida River (East of Asakusa) and its network was embroiled in a small statue of Kannon (the Buddhist personification of compassion). After leaving it on in Rio, the statue was returning constantly to them, so they decided to ask the construction of a temple, now known as Senso-ji, and which is supposed to guard the statue of Kannon, although it has never been shown publicly.

Kaminarimon (Thunder gate), is the entrance to the temple precinct, protects both sides by two Gods, Raijin, God of thunder on the left and Fujin, God of wind on the right.

The famous giant paper lantern Asakusa.

O-koro. o-koro is the censer that is in the temple, and they say, its smoke cure the sick and débiles.A strengthens the sides are positions where you can buy incense to burn then you put in the o- koro, the picture was taken at night and had almost no people, but during the day people are gathered around this censer.

The famous pagoda of Asakusa 5 floors, 64 m. high.

destro of the pagoda and the temple there are beautiful gardens.

The 3rd weekend in May takes place in Asakusa Sanja Matsuri, a festival very attractive in memory of the brothers fishermen found the statue of Kannon, a penalty not being there to see it, perhaps another year ^ _ ^

Asakusa What do you think? I love, but always full of tourists, both foreigners and Japanese, I have already been 3 times, but the latter decided to go at night, not overwhelmed with so many people:)

Hope you enjoyed it, until the next entry!

How Do You Know If A Guy Friend Is Interested

EL DEDO DE RODRIGO: ZOIDO CON SU HIJO POR TRIANA

The trainee City Hall by Pepe, and on the campaign, has walked with one of her children for the market hall of St. Martin de Porres. Then, like most of today's journalists his age have a short memory and also not go over old newspapers, has been declared safe ground she walked on, "because Triana is an area that has traditionally voted for the right "(Diario de Sevilla). We think that the press before it was more reliable than now. "Triana always has veered to the right hand? Since when? If we look at the newspapers of the late eighties on days like these we see that it said otherwise and it was true, but then came the coalitions, mouthwashes, maneuvers to send for four years at least, a whole life of this They also came to office in the San Jacinto Street (one of the least used of Seville) delegates from parties other than the most votes. The worst that can happen.
Here has walked back Mr. Zoido, now treading more firmly and put the smile campaign (the usual one, because it takes several years to the task.) So the market has come, and as the ladies of a certain age are usually more eloquent, tender and a bit different conservative, he was told that yes, their vote count, the couple who received a beautiful bag with recyclable anagram game. Meanwhile, the pleasures they complained bitterly about the lack of parking to the politician argued that its program includes the construction of a underground parking right there. The same has promised his main opponent, the Mr. Swords (the other "broker", Mr Rodrigo Torrijos, think on two wheels and there is no problem because the whole city is yours). The worst are the ladies who approached Zoido with tears in his eyes because no one in the house has a job. For as trust that the matter is now before it ...
Another issue raised is that of mobility and sustainability (what language is spent!) And, of course, also be reviewed and resolved " with the consensus of all traders affected ", not like others. Not very often in promise promises because he has had time to talk about them, but we would like to know why he decided to come with his youngest son, the do not know her age but has to be something big boy, however, the picture of a father carrying his child as it is always up sympathy and scares the evil thoughts of citizens and citizens , but maybe he himself wants to stem the trade for which he chose, which is all a career of many miles, and walk the kid time probing trenches in the firing line. The truth is we are not accustomed to see politicians so closely wrapped to ask for a vote. This reminds me of the title of a poem by Mario Benedetti, "Tactics and strategy." Not have to squint Jose Ignacio because his best friend was the delegate who has served (so to speak) the six-year tenure, with whom he has lost his party votes in the district gradually. And so, he was promoted. So, for now, all the land is theirs, and God does the miracle that once again be Triana Triana. But that would have to be a miracle.

Day of the Child - 子供 の 日

Yesterday, the 5th of May was celebrated in Japan on Children's Day (子供 の 日). Just as girls are Hina Matsuri, I talked about in this post ) children have the "Kodomo no Hi."

From mid / late April and can be found on the streets the typical decorations of this festival, as part of the streets and temples, also in normal houses is tradition to hang the "koinobori (cloth tents flapping in the wind and representing the family) especially if you have one or more children at home since this party is dedicated especially to men.
And why carp? Because the Japanese carp represent strength, health and consistency, since these fish swim upstream, and somehow wish that children can face life in this way.

This year, I returned to Spain soon, I have come to see the Koinobori, but last year around this time I was in Japan, and in many places these tents flapped:

Koinobori in Asakusa

Koinobori in Roppongi

Koinobori in Ginza

Koinobori in Yokohama

Y koinobori this is the little I have in my room ^ _ ^

This koinobori last photo is great that I bought to put in the garden of my house!

carp banner high above the roof a large black carp
father

golden carp swim in small children amused

Más alto que los techos de las casas, están
the koinobori biggest carp is the father
smaller carp are children
seems a good time swimming

do you think the koinobori? There are precious? ^ _ ^

Clever Saying Using Candy

"Butcher Boys" by artist Jane Alexander in SANAGallery

The piece titled Butcher Boys made by artist Jane Alexander is said to be the most popular contemporary piece in the South African National Art Gallery’s collection and consists of three life-size sculptures of distorted men. The piece was completed as part of Alexander’s Masters Degree in Fine Arts at Wits in 1988.
The three, quite muscular life-sized casts of almost naked men with strange penis sheaths looking thoughtful and serious (who are also vulgar, strange beast creatures with horns) are fascinating. Through them, the artist seems to reveal, on the outside, the concurrent human potential for refinement and bestiality.
When it comes to talking about the meaning of her work, the artist herself is often described both as one of the most highly regarded artists in South Africa. She prefers her work to speak for itself. She says: “my themes are drawn from the relationship of individuals to hierarchies and the presence of aggression, violence, victimization, power and subservience.”
